My Halloween costume this year isnt gonna be as spectacular as last year. *sigh* I'm going as L from Death Note so I'm rocking a white long sleeve shirt, jeans and sneakers with heavy eye makeup.

So anyway, I think I've finalized my college list. I still have to apply to Berekely and Northwestern even though I don't want to. I had wanted to apply to a Japanese school but none of them offer computer science in English. Boo!!!

Still swamped with work. It really sucks.

Jeani's shindig was soo much fun!!! Her, me, Ama, Eyram and Steffi watched the Ugly Truth over at the mall (The Apple Store was closed :[ ). Michael just happened to be at the mall by some weird coincidence (ha!). We had dinner at Captain Hooks and got to Jeani's place at about midnight and had some serious bedtime stories (whoosh!). I spent the whole day yesterday at Jeani's, didn't leave until after 5. So I devoted today to purely to working. And I must say, I haven't done too badly. Did an SAT Math 2 diagnostic test (550....kinda bad for a Math HL student but that's what revision is for.), Gonna learn a few chapters in SAT Chem, and I'll do French tonight (which is why I Facebooked now) after I get back from dinner at Ohemaa's. Today's her b'day!

Spending tomorrow the same way. Lounging. Studying. Working. Rock Banding. Might go see a movie on Thursday. MIGHT!!!

Really happy: About what happened last night!!!!

Ghana made history last night!!!!!! We won the FIFA under 20 World Cup!! It was a serious nail biting match that went into extra time AND penalties!!! First African country to do it!!!! Is this a sign of things to come next year?? *fingers crossed*

Mid term so far so good! My report wasn't that bad so not too much worrying. But I will work harder the next half of the semester. I want to get a 6 in Math (!)

Not much going down today. Gonna spend the morning at home (like yesterday), dunno if I should get some work done (I foresee myself not doing my TOK essay this mid semester), maybe French or something light. Or I can just wait until Tuesday. Ha ha.

Well, whatever. But I know today I'm going to that new ice cream place and I'm gonna get an ice cream. Oh yeah, I have to practice my driving too...... AND I must to call Jeani and Daniel today. I must to!!!!

The fall of half a semester

Also thinking about: MID SEMESTER!!

That math test I wrote was no effing joke! I lost 10 good marks and I'm likely not going to do soo hot...

But anyway, lets not dwell on the past but rather the future. I have a serious dilemma. My mum isnt online to ask but my dad is but I have a funny feeling he might not respond to an IM (and the internet is slllllooooowwww!!!!). Which house am I staying in mid-semester?? It's been bugging my mind since Sunday! Gawsh!

Ok, I just asked my dad. We are NOT moving this mid-semester. That means I have to unpack all my clothes. URGH!!

So that's one mid-semester mystery solved. Now I have to repshcologize myself back to my old house. That should be fun!

So tomorrow, Leaving school at 12-ish. Gonna get home and jam to The Beatles Rock Band! :)

Oh yeah, I just heard that the Apple Store FINALLY opened at the mall! Gonna go check it out on Friday (hopefully!) after I watch Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs!!!

Thinking about: How to get a 6 on an SAT essay

Oh ho! This SAT I'm going to write tomorrow! All I'm going to do is write essay after essay after essay! Work a little math too and learn a little vocab because I have to spend tonight cleaning. >.<

So anyway, the funfair was goood!! I had fun, even though I didn't stuff myself with as much junk food as I wanted to....ah well!!

Midterm in less than a week!!! SOOO hacking happy!! After tomorrow I'm smooth sailing until the 15 (with some homework in between. And working on my TOK essay). But I have sooo much to do midterm, it's not even funny!!! Here's a list

-College essays

-TOK essay

-SAT subject tests (Math 2 and Chem)

-Learning for Math in general

-Historical Investigation (which mean I have to start re-reading the books)

-Learning for History in general

-Finish Math portfolio

But besides all this, I'm still gonna have sooo much fun! Jeani's 18th was on Monday and she's planning a seriously fun day with me, Valerie, Ama and Eyram. And I'm planning on picking Jeani, Valerie and Eyram after their ACT exam on the 24th and we're just gonna hang!!!

I forgot the most important thing: which house am I gonna be in midterm? My mum said the house will be ready by then but...... She said our (Eli and I) bedrooms are ready but what's the point if the rest of the house isn't? And I really hope my dad got his iPhone 3G S cause I have been daydreaming about using his old iPhone. And now that I hear Rock Band is coming to the iPhone next week, I want it just as bad!!! :)

Hey hey hey!!!

Don't worry, Roxy's still alive! Just felt lazy to blog during the summer so I tweeted instead! But I decided to pick my blog back up again even if no one reads it!

So quick update on the past few months:

-Summer was awesome, merci beaucoup!!

-I'm done with my Extended Essay. And I must say it was actually pretty fun!

-My next hurdle is TOK >.<

-Still finalizing my college list. urgh

-IB is hell. Too damn much!!

-School competitions are now based on colors. I'm a Mighty Blue Cedar and we rock!! The whole colors thing has made school more interesting!! We lost the singing competition and the debate but we really hope we hit 2nd in the fun games we had yesterday (which was fun!)

Ok so that pretty much sums up the major points in my life! My grade's funfair is tomorrow. We dubbed it Supernova and our tops are ILL!! Ha ha, I'll try and upload some pics if I can!! I really hope it goes well! :)

And after that, Jeani's b'day's on Monday (she's finally gonna be 18!) and then, TOK presentation rehearsals on Tuesday, SAT on Saturday and Mid-semester on the 15th!! My dad got me The Beatles Rock Band and luckily it's compatible with my Guitar Hero controller! More all-night rocking for me on the 15th! And hopefully, we'll be moving into our new house! *fingers crossed*
